Training Summary for the last 7 weeks

The table below is an outline of my training for the last 7 weeks. This week starts with my taper for Challenge Cairns in two weeks, with a fairly steep reduction in volume and time. 

I have managed to maintain some consistency over the past two months, although I am starting to feel the fatigue. I can hardly believe that it was only 8 weeks ago that I ran 100 miles in Moab, although my body feels like it was yesterday. With Angeles Crest 100 mile run looming 6 weeks after Challenge Cairns, I think it is important to enjoy the taper and needed rest.
